MUST BE PROFICIENT
in SPANISH•We are looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a medspa. You'll play an active part in managing daily operations, supporting marketing efforts, and helping our team deliver an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet, check in, and assist patients with a warm and professional attitude Coordinate and manage the daily appointment schedule Learn and support the overall operations of the facility, including inventory tracking and workflow coordination Create and schedule social media posts to highlight services, specials, and updates Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Maintain accurate patient records and registration information Assist with basic administrative and marketing tasks as needed Ensure the front area remains welcoming and organized
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience Prior experience utilizing EHR Software Preferred multitasking and communication skills Basic computer and social media skills Positive attitude, professional appearance, and eagerness to learn Reliable and self-motivated with attention to detail
