Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, where you will be the vital link between patients and our dental professionals. This energetic role involves managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient. Your proactive communication skills and attention to detail will help foster trust and satisfaction, making a real difference in patients' oral health journeys. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through treatment options and scheduling appointments efficiently Coordinate treatment plans with dentists, hygienists, and specialists to ensure seamless patient care Manage patient records accurately using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information Verify insurance coverage, explain benefits to patients, and assist with insurance claims processing in accordance with health regulation policies Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in person to answer questions, provide instructions, and confirm appointments Support administrative tasks such as data entry, typing reports, and maintaining organized medical documentation Ensure compliance with all health regulations and policies to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality Skills Proven experience in medical office or dental administrative support, demonstrating excellent organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes Knowledge of health insurance policies, billing procedures, and health regulation compliance Familiarity with Patient Management Software, EMR/EHR systems, and Electronic Health Records management Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and face-to-face Understanding of medical terminology relevant to dental care to facilitate accurate documentation and patient explanations Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Maintaining patient confidentiality with professionalism and integrity at all times Join us in delivering exceptional dental care by coordinating treatments that improve lives! Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
