Front Desk Medical Receptionist

Work alongside 3 doctors and clinical staff; one of two front desk personnel. Reliability is essential. Job Description- Front Desk Operations
- Check patients in and out, complete patient registration, schedule followup appointments, and manage daily front desk workflow.
- Patient Support
- Provide general customer service, assist patients with needs, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Phone & Communication
- Answer incoming calls, assist patients with questions, and route calls as needed.
- EMR Documentation
- Document doctor notes and update patient files in the EMR system.
- Multitasking
- Balance simultaneous demands including assisting doctors, supporting patients at the desk, and managing phone volume.

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $19.00
- $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
