•100,000 About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager/Director (BCBA) to lead our center‑based ABA program. This position is ideal for a BCBA who thrives in a collaborative environment, values high‑quality clinical care, and wants a leadership role with protected time for supervision, staff development, and family support.

Full Caseload of clients. Come be a part of our growing team What You'll Do Lead Clinical Programming — Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans aligned with best‑practice ABA. Supervise & Mentor Staff — Provide ongoing supervision, competency development, and performance feedback to RBTs and trainees. Support Families — Deliver caregiver training and maintain consistent communication regarding progress and goals. Ensure Quality & Compliance — Review data, audit documentation, and uphold BACB ethics and regulatory standards. Oversee Center Operations — Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment. Manage Caseload — Balance leadership duties with a caseload capped at 20 billable hours weekly.
