PM Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership Provide direct management to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Care Coordinators, ensuring role alignment, clinical excellence and adherence to best practices. Provides oversight to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in collaboration with the Operations Manager, ensuring role alignment, clinical excellence, and adherence to best practices. Ensure clinicians adhere to company clinical policies and procedures, including supervision and parent training requirements. Ensure all client ABA treatment plans and programs are implemented with high fidelity by conducting regular observations, data reviews, and staff performance checks, providing timely feedback, coaching, and retraining as needed to maintain clinical integrity and best practices. Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to BCBAs and Care Coordinators.- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
RBTs Strategic & Organizational Duties :
Collaborate with leadership on clinic goals, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives. Maintain a strong focus on client satisfaction and quality improvement initiatives. Resolve escalated concerns from families or staff in a professional and timely manner. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure client weekly schedules align with authorized hours. Monitor client hour utilization to align with company goals and best practices. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including client progress, hour utilization, staff productivity, and retention rates. Partner with administrative teams on intake, authorizations, and billing to ensure seamless operations.
