The Clinical Director is not a contract role. Compensation is $77,000-$95,000 annually, based on qualifications, experience, schedule, and organizational needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day guidance to the multidisciplinary therapy team. Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians while promoting accountability and professional growth. Monitor clinical quality, documentation, treatment planning, outcomes, and client satisfaction. Support the development and implementation of clinical policies, procedures, and quality-improvement initiatives. Collaborate with administrative leadership on staffing, scheduling, onboarding, performance, and clinic growth. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, orientation, and retention of qualified clinical professionals. Ensure services meet payer requirements, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations. Promote effective communication among clinicians, families, referral sources, and organizational leadership.

Required Qualifications:

Master's degree or higher in a clinical, healthcare, behavioral health, rehabilitation, or related field. Minimum of three years of clinical experience. Minimum of two years of leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team in a growing pediatric outpatient setting.
