Job Description

Inova Neurology/Neurosurgery is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be full time days position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Outpatient Clinical SupervisorJob Responsibilities:
Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed. Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols. Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum. Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Vocational / Technical Diploma in
Practical Nursing License:
Licensed Practical Nurse in the
Commonwealth of Virginia Experience :
1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience
Certification:
BLS from the American Heart Association.
