Job Description The Interiors Project Manager will be responsible for: Managing commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinating project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communications. Leading project teams to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Overseeing multiple project stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships. Collaborating closely with company leadership to deliver successful project outcomes. Working on a variety of projects across corporate interiors, healthcare, municipal, retail, hospitality, and related sectors. Driving project performance while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements. Utilizing construction management software and technology platforms to support project execution. Contributing to the continued growth and success of a rapidly expanding contractor. The Successful Applicant A successful Interior Project Manager should have: Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction. Strong background in private-sector and commercial interiors projects. Healthcare construction experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills. Self-motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of project delivery. OSHA-10 and/or OSHA-30 certification preferred. Procore experience preferred. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
