Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our K-beauty inspired boutique medspa as care coordinators. If you have a love for aesthetics, cosmetics, and customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow in a dynamic and exciting environment.

Duties:

Provide pre and post procedure treatments-including facial cleansing, facemasks, and applying cosmetics.
Handle financial transactions.
Perform consultations for service selection and pricing.
Manage phone calls and messages with professionalism and etiquette
Manage social media accounts to promote services and engage with customers

Qualifications:

Proficiency in social media management for business promotion
Being multilingual is advantageous for engaging diverse clientele. Speaking mandarin is a big plus.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
