Job Overview The Dual Team Lead provides leadership to the dual team of professional therapists. The team of Dual Therapists focus on the underlying issues that may drive the addiction. The Dual Team Lead works directly with the CD Team Lead in concert attacking the self-medication addictions along with the underlying issues, related to PTS, grief, loss, moral injury, etc. Duties

• Leads the Dual Therapist Team

• Provide leadership, coaching and trainings to your team; Supervises directly the assigned Dual Team Clinicians; completes their annual performance evaluations in accordance with WH policies Covers scheduling and caseload short falls (within your team, vacations, sick, etc.) Sets weekly dual team schedule (groups and individual) Ensure charting compliance is maintained according to standards and within the required timeframes Audit Dual Team members charting weekly or as directed by the Compliance Officer and/or Clinical Director. Carries a caseload of 10+/-; conducts individual and group sessions

• Conducts Biopsychosocial Assessments Builds and oversees Dual Treatment Plans Responsible to ensure all Dual Treatment Plans are presented within 72 hours of intake. To include, but not limited to pre-treatment records, client interview, assessment or discussions with other professionals, family members and/or other client's loved ones, etc. Conducts direct reporting to Active Duty Client Caseworkers and/or Command Facilitate Groups (to included but not limited to: Family, Lifeline, Process Group, etc.) "On call" as needed Communicates with the client's family members and loved ones (with ROI for civilians) Provide clinical recommendations for continued support and treatment Ensure that all aftercare plans, have client signature at least five days prior to discharge. Complete a Discharge Summary within 48 hours of client's discharge Experience Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or equivalent licensure with current state certification Proven supervisory experience leading clinical teams in behavioral health settings Strong background in mental health counseling, behavioral therapy, addiction counseling, PTSD care, and working with co-occurring disorders Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for medical records management and documentation of patient care activities Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, crisis intervention Join us in making a meaningful difference by leading our clinical team with energy and compassion. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
