Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Director ( LPC, LMHP) to oversee the clinical operations of our healthcare facility. The Clinical Director will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while managing clinical staff and adhering to regulatory standards. This position requires a strong background in healthcare management and medical management. Along with strong knowledge of Crisis programs. Duties Lead and manage the clinical team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective patient care delivery. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures in compliance with DMAS regulations. Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency. Conduct regular staff training sessions to promote best practices in patient care. Serve as a liaison between administration, staff, and external stakeholders regarding clinical matters. Experience Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably in a clinical setting. Strong background in medical management, including knowledge of regulatory requirements. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and staff.
