Patient Coordinator / Front Desk Restore Dental We are looking for a part-time Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. Our Patient Coordinators are the backbone of the front office and are vital in keeping the schedule organized, communication clear, and the patient experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Responsibilities Welcome patients and manage check-in/check-out Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and professionally Present treatment plans and review financial options Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage clearly Coordinate and manage the schedule efficiently Maintain accurate patient and financial records Assist in administrative office tasks What Matters Most Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Responsiveness A friendly, professional presence with patients and team Clear, confident communication Ability to stay calm and focused in a busy environment Experience Dental or medical front office experience is preferred, but we're open to the right person with strong organizational and communication skills.
