This role involves overseeing project execution, managing estimates, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex infrastructure rehabilitation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in construction estimating, project management, and relevant industry software to lead projects efficiently from inception to completion. This position offers full benefits and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic construction environment. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate trenchless rehabilitation projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget. Prepare detailed construction estimates utilizing software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6. Develop project schedules and manage timelines using Primavera or similar project management tools. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assess project requirements. Manage contracts, procurement, and subcontractor relationships to facilitate smooth project execution. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures. Collaborate with clients, engineers, and team members to coordinate project deliverables effectively. Utilize construction management software for project tracking, reporting, and documentation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure all work aligns with industry standards such as Civil 3D specifications and construction best practices. Requirements Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the trenchless rehabilitation or related civil infrastructure sectors. Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other construction management tools. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, contracts administration, and construction site operations. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management skills. Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Civil or Construction Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred. Prior experience with project scheduling and construction management methodologies is essential. Ability to work independently while leading teams towards successful project completion.
