At South River Rehab & Performance, we provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in a welcoming, patient-focused environment. Our team values teamwork, compassion, and exceptional service while helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your Role Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with patient questions. Support daily front-office operations and administrative tasks. Assist therapists with clinic support duties and patient flow. Prepare and maintain clean, organized treatment areas. Help create a positive and efficient experience for every patient visit. Collaborate with therapists and staff to support outstanding patient care. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and attention to detail. Healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
