Mahoney Chiropractic Group is seeking an exceptional individual to join our clinical and administrative team. Whether guiding a patient through therapies or managing clinical operations, you will play a central role in a community dedicated to long-term health and wellness. The Role:
Meeting and Greeting:
Serve as the warm, welcoming presence at our practice.
Communication:
Handling emails, texts, phone calls and maintaining organized patient records with adherence to HIPPA compliance.
Clinical Support:
Assist doctors with hands-on patient care setups, including advanced spinal decompression therapy, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and instructing patients through spinal rehab protocols. All training provided as part of onboarding/ No previous experience required.
Financial & Administrative Operations:
Handle patient invoicing, daily collections, account balances, and coordination with our external billing partner to ensure seamless practice operations.
Office Support:
General reception duties and maintaining a welcoming office presentation.
Growth:
Ongoing hands-on clinical training provided, including opportunities to attend fully-paid professional seminars locally and out-of-state.
Preferred Requirements:
Excellent Communication:
Natural interpersonal skills, and great phone communication skills.
Hands-On Care:
Comfortable learning clinical therapy equipment, guiding physical rehab exercises, and assisting patients on and off rehab modalities.
Tech Savvy:
Strong computer skills.
Detail-Oriented:
Adept at managing critical administrative activities like patient invoicing and collections processing.
Proactive Nature:
You are organized, reliable, and consistent.
Versatility:
Ability to seamlessly pivot between front-desk hospitality, clinical operations, and clinical therapy support.
Health & Wellness Mindset:

A desire to be challenged to learn new skills.
Experience:
Background in healthcare support, therapy assistance, exercise science, or medical front-office operations is a plus, but passion, a desire to learn, and drive matter most!
