at The University of Vermont Medical Center in Colchester, Vermont, United States Job Description The Ambulatory Surgery Center at Fanny Allen is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead perioperative operations across our growing surgery center. As part of a newly established leadership team, this role will play a critical role in supporting the continued growth and success of our five-operating-room facility. The Nurse Manager will oversee all aspects of perioperative services, including the Operating Room, Pre-Op, and PACU, while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, quality, and patient-centered care.

Experience:

Minimum of three years of leadership experience Perioperative leadership or clinical experience strongly preferred Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams Strong operational, communication, and relationship-building skills Candidates without perioperative experience may be considered if they bring significant leadership experience in a clinical healthcare setting The University of Vermont Health Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
