Overview CCS is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as a Therapeutic Supports Senior Manager . This position provides leadership and clinical guidance to Service Coordinators who support people with developmental disabilities. You'll help guide the development and delivery of individualized, person-centered services while supporting staff through supervision, consultation, mentoring, and team development. We're looking for someone who understands Vermont's developmental services system and brings strong leadership, communication, organization, and decision-making skills to the role. What you'll bring: Strong supervisory and team leadership skills Knowledge of clinical supports and service delivery Experience with crisis de-escalation and intervention strategies Understanding of fiscal and management principles Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities Sound judgment and ability to make independent decisions Ability to build relationships with community resources and agencies Experience mentoring others and helping staff develop their skills Comprehensive knowledge of Vermont's System of Care Plan If you're ready to lead a team and help strengthen the services people rely on, we'd like to hear from you.
