Job Description
Recovery House is a regional leader, providing the highest quality of inpatient addiction treatment services for adults. We offer a series of structured programs that provide effective, compassionate treatment for individuals dealing with all forms of chemical dependency. These include addiction to alcohol, prescription drugs, heroin, cocaine and other drugs. Recovery House is a multi-program agency that includes a 34-bed, in-patient, medical detox and treatment unit for adults, age 18 and up as well as two lower intensity treatment facilities with 12 beds and 16 beds. The Assistant Clinical Program Director functions as a supervisor on the Recovery House Clinical Services Team. They provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, and education to clients - in addition to some clinical supervision for others on the treatment team. This individual utilizes evidenced-based, best practices to engage and help motivate clients to commit to treatment and to assist clients to identify and problem-solve individual and systemic barriers to treatment. Experience with/in clinical supervision is preferred, LADC or LMHP or LMSW or LCSW is a must.
