Dental Scheduling & Patient Communications Coordinator Location:
Great Northwest Dental Position Type:
Part Time-Full-Time Role Overview Great Northwest Dental is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Dental Scheduling & Patient Communications Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in creating an exceptional patient experience and serves as one of the primary points of contact for both new and existing patients. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys building relationships, communicating with people, and helping patients feel comfortable and cared for. You will be responsible for managing patient communication through phone calls, text messages, and email while helping patients navigate scheduling, treatment appointments, and general office inquiries. Dental experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person who has outstanding communication and customer service skills.
