Maintain assigned clinical audits at or above Company threshold and correct deficiencies within assigned timelines. Complete scheduled floor observations, group observations, clinician coaching, and exposure-fidelity checks according to facility cadence. Support reduction of early discharge and failed-admit trends through timely client and family engagement. Maintain clinical staff training, supervision, and performance follow-up documentation according to Company expectations. Upon achieving these key performance indicators, your supervisor will meet with you to review progress and collaborate on establishing new performance goals that reflect continued growth and excellence. Core Competencies Demonstrate strong command of evidence-based OCD and anxiety treatment, including ERP, response prevention, exposure planning, inhibitory learning principles, and family engagement. Demonstrate the ability to use dashboards, scorecards, client feedback, outcome trends, and operational data to identify problems and implement corrective action. Demonstrate sound judgment, calm communication, ethical behavior, confidentiality, and strong boundaries in a high-acuity behavioral health setting. Demonstrate the ability to coach, train, redirect, and develop staff while maintaining a positive culture of accountability, urgency, compassion, and measurable outcomes. Core Responsibilities - These duties may vary depending on job assignments and Company needs. Assist the Program Director in leading the clinical team, protecting treatment fidelity, and ensuring staff complete assigned clinical responsibilities accurately and on time. Review treatment plans, exposure lists, outcome measures, progress notes, discharge plans, risk documentation, and utilization-support documentation as assigned. Coach clinicians, interns, and clinical staff on case conceptualization, exposure design, family work, group facilitation, documentation, and client engagement. Participate in treatment-team meetings, client reviews, clinical escalations, family concerns, and complex case consultations. Support client admissions, intake readiness, treatment assignment, discharge planning, and referral-source communication as assigned. Provide direct clinical services, groups, individual sessions, family sessions, and crisis support within scope and assignment. Identify staff training needs and coordinate retraining, observation, feedback, and competency validation with the Program Director. Assist with incident review, safety planning, client-risk escalation, and corrective action follow-through. Serve as delegated site leader when the Program Director is unavailable or as assigned. Required Qualifications Master degree in a behavioral health, counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical field required. Active clinical license in good standing required; clinical supervision eligibility preferred where permitted by state law and Company policy. Experience providing evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, or related behavioral health concerns preferred.
