Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic Clinic Manager to lead operations at our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in medical office management, healthcare practice oversight, and team supervision. As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic functioning, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and delivering exceptional patient care support. Your leadership will foster a collaborative environment that promotes operational excellence, staff development, and high-quality service delivery. D Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee daily clinic operations, staff performance, workflow, and patient experience. Recruit, onboard, develop, coach, and manage clinic team members. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards. Manage staffing, resources, budgets, equipment, and vendor relationships to support efficient operations. Promote a positive, collaborative team culture through effective communication, training, and recognition. Partner with clinical and organizational leadership on operational goals, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. Address employee and patient concerns and implement solutions that support quality, efficiency, and service excellence. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills Required Skills and Abilities Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and standard workplace technology. Ability to work independently while effectively partnering with staff and leadership.

Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
