Clinic Coordinator - Occupational Health

FT, 80 hrs/pp, 1.0 FTE; varies as scheduled.
Job Summary:
Under the direct supervision of the Specialty Clinic Director, the Clinic Coordinator, will manage the effectiveness and efficiency of clinic operations for the specialty clinic. The Clinic Coordinator works with the Specialty Clinic Director to plan, organize, and direct the clinic staff and providers with a focus to achieve established goals, objectives, metrics, and patient experience. Knowledge of clinic operations with at least three years working in the outpatient clinic setting. Education and/or
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance or healthcare administration or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education preferred. Effective knowledge of computers systems and software, including word processing, spreadsheet, data base, clinical information systems, electronic medical records, EPIC experience preferred, billing systems, and other application packages to perform all required responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$33.19-$49.46
Incentive Compensation:
