They should have BCBA credentials. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, supervise multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care across diverse populations. Duties Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to licensed clinicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to promote professional growth and ensure adherence to clinical standards. Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Manage intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and crisis interventions for individuals with mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders like autism, and co-occurring substance use disorders. Lead clinical team meetings to coordinate patient care strategies, review progress notes, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Collaborate with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to support holistic client care and facilitate effective communication. Maintain accurate medical records within electronic health records (EHR) systems while ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information. Monitor clinical outcomes through data collection and research initiatives to inform program development and quality improvement efforts. Requirements Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related mental health field; licensure as required by state law. Extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families in behavioral health or mental health settings. Proven management skills with prior supervisory or clinical leadership experience in a healthcare or community-based environment. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, ICD coding (ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner. Expertise in evidence-based therapies including CBT, behavioral therapy techniques like applied behavior analysis (ABA), crisis management/intervention skills, and addiction counseling methods. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), PTSD care needs, and co-occurring disorders involving mental health and substance use. Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations (DSM-V criteria), case management planning, and group/individual psychotherapy sessions. Exceptional communication skills for client engagement, patient education, documentation accuracy, and team collaboration across diverse cultural backgrounds. Knowledge of HIPAA compliance standards along with experience managing medical records securely within electronic health record systems.
