Job Description

Overview Tundra Chiropractic is seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing, family-focused practice in De Pere. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things organized and running smoothly. This position combines patient interaction with administrative responsibilities and offers the opportunity to become an essential part of a supportive healthcare team. Part-time position, approximately 25-35 hours per week. Schedule will be primarily Monday through Thursday, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Responsibilities Greet patients and create a welcoming office environment Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately Maintain and update patient records Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Assist with insurance claims, remittance posting, and administrative tasks Communicate with patients regarding appointments, paperwork, and account questions Help maintain efficient day-to-day office operations Work collaboratively with providers and team members to ensure an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy environment Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Comfortable learning new software and office systems Previous experience in a chiropractic, medical, dental, or healthcare office is preferred but not required Experience with insurance verification, billing, claims, or healthcare administration is a plus What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is dependable, compassionate, and proactive.
