Food Production Worker$15/hr6:00am-2:30pm (M-F)De Pere, WI We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of food production, including preparing ingredients, operating machinery, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, be able to follow instructions, and work well in a team setting.

Responsibilities:

Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production schedulesOperate food processing equipment such as mixers, grinders, and ovensMonitor the production process to ensure quality and adherence to food safety standardsPackage finished products according to company guidelinesClean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensilsFollow all health and safety regulationsReport any issues or concerns to management

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in food production or a related field is preferredKnowledge of food safety and sanitation practicesAbility to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periodsStrong attention to detail and adherence to quality standardsGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment#IND-W
