Job Description
1. Clinical Oversight Develop, implement, and evaluate treatment programs and therapeutic modalities. Ensure clinical services align with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements. Oversee client care plans, ensuring they are comprehensive, individualized, and regularly updated. 2. Staff Supervision & Development Supervise clinical staff (therapists, counselors, case managers, etc.). Provide clinical supervision hours for licensure (if applicable). Conduct performance evaluations and support ongoing staff training and development. 3. Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and licensing standards (e.g., Joint Commission, CARF). Oversee clinical documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. 4. Client Care & Risk Management Participate in case reviews and high-risk case consultations. Develop and monitor protocols for client safety, including suicide risk, relapse, and crisis intervention. 5. Program Development & Quality Improvement Evaluate program effectiveness through data and outcomes. Implement continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives. Identify gaps in services and propose improvements or new initiatives. 6. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Work closely with medical directors, psychiatrists, nursing staff, and administrative teams. Foster communication between departments to ensure integrated care. 7. Community & Stakeholder Engagement Represent the facility in professional or community meetings. Liaise with referral sources, families, legal entities, and outside providers.
Qualifications Often Required:
Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field. Licensure (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or psychologist). Experience in supervisory or leadership roles in behavioral health. Familiarity with residential treatment operations.Similar jobs in Kenosha, WI
