Job Description
The Site Director is a salaried management position that reports directly to the Executive Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: daily operations of the Brooke Place group home facility; staff scheduling (assisting with open shift coverage sometimes required); case management duties; working directly with a therapist in the development and writing of treatment plans; referral reviews; report writing; local offsite meeting attendance; and other management duties as assigned. Bachelors degree required. Social Work License or Licensed eligible preferred.
