The Inpatient Nurse Manager is an energetic, hands-on nursing leader responsible for building a strong, accountable, and collaborative inpatient team. We are seeking a hardworking, solutions-focused leader who leads from the front, embraces change, and looks for ways to safely say "yes" rather than creating barriers to patient care. This leader will promote efficient ED-to-inpatient throughput, support and develop staff, establish clear expectations, and hold the team accountable for excellent patient care and performance. Responsibilities include staff education and team building, staffing and scheduling, process improvement, productivity and budget management, and collaboration across departments. The ideal candidate is adaptable, decisive, financially responsible, and willing to provide clinical support when staffing needs arise. Above all, this leader will make decisions with both their team and the overall success of the organization in mind.
