Position SummaryAs a Healthcare Superintendent, you will lead field operations for complex healthcare construction projects throughout the Denver Metro Area. This role is responsible for overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution within active medical facilities where patient care and hospital operations must remain uninterrupted. The successful candidate will be a strong field leader capable of managing multiple priorities while fostering collaboration among project teams, trade partners, hospital staff, and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day field operations for healthcare construction projects, including occupied hospital renovations, facility upgrades, and expansion projects.

Oversee project scheduling, production, quality control, and jobsite safety while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations and infection control requirements.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.

Lead daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings while maintaining clear communication with owners, hospital staff, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.

Develop and maintain project schedules, including three-week look-ahead schedules, while proactively addressing project risks, logistics challenges, and operational constraints.

Qualifications8+ years of construction experience with significant experience leading healthcare construction projects.

Proven experience delivering hospital renovations, expansions, and projects within occupied healthcare environments.

Strong knowledge of infection control protocols, containment practices, healthcare codes, and compliance requirements.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Experience developing project schedules, coordinating trade partners, and successfully delivering projects in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with a proven track record delivering healthcare construction projects in active and occupied medical environments will be highly regarded.
