$23-27 Per Hour The Raleigh House is building something new: a dedicated wellness program designed to support whole-person treatment through experiences that engage the mind and body. Our wellness center includes infrared sauna, cold plunge and contrast therapy, halotherapy (salt therapy), and a Hyperbaric Chamber. We're looking for a Wellness Center Coordinator to help bring this program to life. You'll be the person who welcomes someone in, helps them understand what to expect, keeps the program running smoothly, and makes sure every experience is safe and handled with care. What You'll Do Welcome clients and create a warm, grounded experience from the moment they arrive Coordinate wellness center appointments, schedules, forms, and day-to-day logistics Help clients understand wellness services and what to expect from their experience Monitor required forms, waivers, and other documentation and ensure requirements are current before services are provided Follow established safety protocols and know when a firm "no" is the right answer Help maintain a clean, organized, calm, and welcoming wellness environment Coordinate the flow of multiple wellness services and appointments Communicate clearly with the broader Raleigh House care team Support the launch and ongoing development of a newly established wellness program Help create the kind of experience that makes people feel cared for, respected, and safe Education & Experience Required High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of experience in a coordinator, administrative, hospitality, healthcare, wellness, fitness, spa, or client-facing role. Experience managing appointments, schedules, client records, forms, or other administrative processes Experience following established policies, procedures, and safety requirements Preferred Associate's or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, hospitality, wellness, business, psychology, or a related field preferred Experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, wellness, fitness, or other regulated environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Engaging, welcoming, and comfortable connecting with people Highly organized and attentive to detail Dependable and able to work independently Comfortable enforcing policies and safety requirements Comfortable working with schedules, documentation, and multiple moving pieces Why The Raleigh House?
