This leadership position is responsible for managing nursing staff, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in nursing management and a comprehensive understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage budgets, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care. Responsibilities Lead and manage the nursing team to ensure effective delivery of health and wellness services. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized care plans for patients. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Monitor health systems and assess the effectiveness of care delivery methods. Conduct training sessions for staff on medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology as needed. Manage departmental budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet program needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. Evaluate staff performance and provide mentorship to promote professional development within the team. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in health and wellness management. Requirements Proven experience in nurse management or a similar leadership role within healthcare settings. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management in a healthcare context. Experience with home care services is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
