The Role The Healthcare Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through final completion, working closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, consultants, and field teams.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the overall execution of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and financial performance Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation Monitor project costs and schedules while identifying and resolving potential issues Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders Work closely with the Superintendent and field team to ensure quality, safety, and schedule expectations are met Provide regular project updates and financial reporting to senior leadership Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Qualifications 7+ years of commercial construction experience Proven experience managing healthcare construction projects Experience with ground-up construction and/or major healthcare renovations Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control Experience managing projects from preconstruction through completion Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively manage subcontractors, consultants, owners, and internal teams Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred Compensation & Benefits $110,000-$130,000 base salary , depending on experience Performance-based bonus opportunity Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) Paid time off and holidays Long-term career growth with an established South Florida General Contractor Opportunity to work on significant healthcare projects throughout the Miami market Why Join?
