Description:
The System Wide Stroke Program Manager will oversee the day to day operations for the System Wide Stroke Program at all Baptist Health South Florida hospitals through monitoring performance, and overseeing quality management, mentoring hospital- based stroke coordinators, supporting professional development and promoting evidence-based care and research. The System wide Stroke Program Manager will be visible at all sites and including any Telestroke sites. This position reports directly to the Director of Neuroscience Clinical and Business Operations. Estimated salary range for this position is $104621.60 - $139146.73 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees:
Bachelors.
Licenses & Certifications:
ABNN Certified Neuroscience Registered Nurse. Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support. ABNN Stroke Certified Registered Nurse. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.
Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Masters degree in Nursing - MSN or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (In Progress, must complete within 3 years) Minimum 5-8 years as an RN, and 1-2 years in a clinical leadership role Applicable License/Certification. SCRN or CNRN is required.

5 Years EOE, including disability/vets
