Responsibilities Oversee the completion of MDS assessments across multiple facilities Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding MDS documentation Provide training and support to facility staff on MDS processes Monitor and analyze MDS data for quality assurance Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Facilitate regular meetings to discuss MDS updates and best practices Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to MDS documentation Requirements Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing LPN license in the state of Florida A minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care or healthcare coordination Strong knowledge of the MDS process and related regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis and reporting Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Certification in MDS (RAC-CT) is preferred
