Job Description The Sr. Manager, Veradigm Interoperability Center of Excellence will lead a newly formed organization responsible for the strategy, delivery, growth, and operational management of interoperability services across Veradigm's healthcare technology platforms. This individual will oversee the full lifecycle of healthcare interfaces, including implementation, support, public health reporting, HIE connectivity, third-party integrations, and custom development initiatives. This role combines healthcare interoperability expertise, people leadership, professional services management, operational excellence, and commercial strategy. The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading healthcare integration organizations, building high-performing teams, and driving enterprise interoperability initiatives across EHR and healthcare technology environments. • 12 years of healthcare technology, interoperability, integration services, or professional services experience
• 10 years of hands-on experience with healthcare integrations, HL7, FHIR, and clinical data exchange workflows
• Leadership experience managing technical, implementation, consulting, or professional services teams
• Deep knowledge of HL7 v2, FHIR R4, healthcare interfaces, and interoperability standards
• Experience supporting EHR platforms and healthcare technology ecosystems
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing third-party vendors, strategic partnerships, and commercial relationships
• Budgeting, forecasting, and business case development experience
• Professional services, delivery, or consulting leadership experience Experience driving organizational change and operational maturity
• Experience building a Center of Excellence, practice, or new business function
• TEFCA, QHIN, CareQuality, or HIE experience
• Integration engine experience (Mirth Connect, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, Corepoint, etc.)
• Practice Fusion, ambulatory EHR, or physician practice technology experience
• Experience owning revenue, pricing strategy, or P&L responsibilities
• Experience commercializing technical services offerings
• AI-enabled integration or healthcare automation experience
• Master's Degree
• Familiarity with ONC Information Blocking requirements and CMS interoperability initiatives
