Job Description
PathWays of the River Valley is seeking a Program Manager to lead person-centered services for individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders. The Program Manager oversees daily program operations, staff coordination, and service planning to ensure high-quality, compliant, and inclusive supports. Responsibilities include managing caseloads, monitoring outcomes, collaborating with families and community partners, and supporting continuous improvement. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of programs serving individuals with developmental disabilities and acquired brain disorders Coordinate and monitor person-centered service plans and caseloads to ensure quality and compliance Supervise, support, and train program staff to deliver effective, compassionate services Collaborate with individuals, families, and community partners to promote inclusion and advocacy Track program outcomes, prepare reports, and support data-informed decision making Manage program budgets and resources in alignment with agency goals and regulations Ensure adherence to state, federal, and agency policies, procedures, and quality standards Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices across programs Required Skills Program management Case management Budget management Data tracking and reporting Regulatory compliance Staff supervision Stakeholder communication Process improvement Risk management MS Office/Google Workspace
