New York, NY Job Details Contract $20 - $23 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Attention to detail Physical inventory counts for inventory management Organizational skills Warehouse experience Hospital experience Full Job Description Multiple shifts available: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM Key Responsibilities Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies according to established par levels and schedules. Perform inventory counts and order routine, non-routine, and patient-specific supplies as needed. Monitor backorders, low-stock, fast-moving, and overstocked items and proactively address supply needs. Deliver, distribute, and stock supplies throughout clinical and non-clinical areas, including patient rooms, exam rooms, labs, supply closets, and treatment areas. Replenish procedure carts, nurse servers, linens, and other department-specific supplies. Maintain accurate inventory records and process supply orders, returns, and credits. Partner with clinical teams, leadership, vendors, and internal departments to coordinate supply and equipment needs. Identify opportunities to improve inventory levels, reduce waste, and support cost-effective operations. Qualifications Previous experience is welcome but not required; candidates with limited experience may be considered. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage inventory, follow established processes, and prioritize time-sensitive supply needs. Comfortable working collaboratively with clinical staff, administrative teams, and vendors. Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare, supply chain, inventory, warehouse, materials management, or stockroom environment is preferred. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions when required by the assigned department. #phaxisfs
Pay:
$20.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 37.5 per week
