Job Description
HEALTH CARE COORDINATOR
If you're passionate about a career working with people, enjoy helping others achieve goals, have a caring nature and a respect for all people- we want to meet you! Provide direct care supports to this Co-Ed home for people between the ages of 50-70 with developmental disabilities in this residential home in Wappingers Falls, NY. This position serves as an assistant to the RN and Residence Manager
- makes doctor's appointments, administers medication, tracks heath data, and more. Candidates must have current AMAP certification or ability to achieve AMAP certification within 3 months. Shift available is Monday
- Friday 7am
- 3pm.
