This is a Business Portfolio SR PM responsible for implementing new programs/mandates that involve - business, vendors, IT, customers. Healthcare experience is required.

Engagement Description:

Accountable for and manages the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of long-term project(s) typically spanning two years or more from planning to implementation, with complex scope and deliverables that may impact multiple business unit/function or business critical program. Project scope spans across the enterprise, impacting one or more of the following: process, system, function, product and/or service.

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

Bachelor's degree in - Business Management, IT or any health-related field 3+ years BCBSM or Health industry background 5+ years Project management (with IT scope) Led x-functional projects with internal & external stakeholders, IT, 3rd party vendors, etc. Waterfall and Agile project experience Meeting facilitation, notes, action items, presentation and status reporting 5+ years Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio, SharePoint, Teams Excellent Communication - written / verbal, Executive presentations,

Collaboration Roles & Responsibilities:

Support/facilitate Business Case, Business Requirement development Facilitate project business decision making Develop complete end-to-end project plan which includes business implementation, readiness, and technical milestones Compile status reports reflecting all aspects of project execution including business implementation, readiness, and technical input Work with all project stakeholders to resolve project issues or mitigate risks Facilitates the development of User Acceptance Testing scenarios and business approvals Facilitates defect tracking and resolution in coordination with IT Provide consolidated (business and IT) project status reporting, verbally and in writing Ensure proper transition of ongoing business activities prior to project closure Preferred Skills/Experience Understand IT SDLC Experience with JIRA Experience with data feed integrations including 3rd party vendors PMP certified

Pay:

$99,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
