Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across a portfolio of clinical applications, including large-scale transformation efforts such as a Grievances & Appeals platform implementation, Care Management system consolidation, and other enterprise healthcare technology modernization programs. This individual will serve as the critical bridge between business stakeholders and delivery teams, driving program execution through milestone-based planning, cross-functional coordination, risk management, dependency tracking, and executive-level communication. The Program Manager will partner closely with clinical operations, product owners, IT leadership, vendors, and implementation teams to ensure business objectives are translated into actionable roadmaps and successfully delivered outcomes. In addition to overseeing program governance and delivery, this individual will play a key role in organizational change management, including developing communication strategies, promoting adoption of new platforms, coordinating stakeholder engagement, organizing user training sessions, and supporting go-live readiness activities. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of program management experience within healthcare environments and a proven track record leading complex platform migrations, system consolidations, or enterprise application modernization efforts involving multiple business and technology teams. Strong experience with program planning tools, executive presentations, vendor management, and healthcare operational workflows is highly desired. Experience managing enterprise platform migrations, application consolidations, or major system modernization efforts. Experience with Jira, Rally, or related PPM tool. Strong healthcare domain experience Proven ability to work between business and technology teams, translating strategic objectives into execution plans, milestones, and measurable deliverables. Experience developing adoption strategies, stakeholder communications, training plans, and organizational change management activities. Excellent leadership, executive communication, risk management, dependency management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
