) Motus Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Delegation Project Leader for a 12-month contract opportunity supporting a complex healthcare delegation integration initiative. This role will co-lead the integration and standardization of delegation processes across affiliated health plan entities, helping establish consistent oversight practices while supporting regulatory, accreditation, and contractual compliance. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare delegation oversight, project leadership, process integration, and regulatory compliance , along with the ability to work effectively across multiple organizations and functional teams.

$58.00 - $62.50/hr. DOE. Candidates must be willing to work Pacific Time Zone hours. Local or out-of-state travel may occasionally be required. Contractor must have a supported home internet connection: CATV/Cable Modem | DSL | Fiber Responsibilities of the Sr. Delegation Project Leader - HEALTHCARE Partner with delegation leadership and cross-functional teams to integrate affiliate processes and workflows. Assess current delegation policies, procedures, systems, and practices; identify gaps and develop alignment plans. Lead standardization of delegation policies, procedures, audit tools, workflows, and documentation. Develop transition plans, timelines, milestones, and monitoring mechanisms. Establish metrics and reporting to track integration, progress and readiness. Ensure delegation activities meet regulatory, NCQA accreditation, and contractual requirements . Conduct pre-delegation assessments, ongoing oversight, and delegated entity audits. Develop and maintain audit tools, work plans, gap analyses, implementation guides, and progress reports. Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and stakeholder meetings. Identify integration challenges and support effective resolution. Provide regular project status updates to leadership. Support change management and process standardization initiatives. Coach and support junior team members. Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, analysis, documentation, and decision-making. Required Qualifications of the Sr. Delegation Project Leader - HEALTHCARE BA in Business/Healthcare Administration or related field, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of progressive healthcare administration or project leadership experience. 5+ years overseeing healthcare delegation activities and contracting, preferably within an NCQA-accredited health plan. Proven experience managing complex delegation oversight projects. Strong knowledge of delegated functions, including credentialing, utilization management, case management, appeals, and network management. Experience leading process standardization, organizational change, or operational integration initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience with merger integration or multi-entity alignment .
