Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Business Operations Analyst to provide critical operational support and ensure that all pipeline project requirements are efficiently collected and communicated to stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a foundational understanding of accounting principles, and the flexibility to occasionally manage projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Management:
Track and manage the timely collection of project requirements within the business funnel, proactively resolve roadblocks, and maintain an organized, centralized repository.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary communications liaison between business units and technical teams, keeping all parties informed of status updates and requirement readiness.
Accounting & Financial Support:
Apply working knowledge of accounting principles to assess project financial implications and assist with budget tracking and reporting as needed.
Operational Support:
Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for the business enablement function while helping to improve workflows and processes continuously.
Project Coordination (Occasional): Lead smaller initiatives by developing project plans, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring timely, on-scope delivery.
Candidate Qualifications
Core Skills:
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Technical Knowledge:
A working knowledge of accounting principles and financial tracking.
Experience:
