About Bella Home Care Bella Home Care is a home-care agency serving individuals and families throughout the Midlands. Our team coordinates care, supports caregivers, communicates with clients and families, and manages the daily administrative needs of a growing healthcare organization. Position Overview Bella Home Care is seeking a dependable and professional intern interested in gaining hands-on experience in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources, customer service, or marketing. The intern will work with our leadership and administrative team on meaningful projects based on the student's major, interests, skills, and academic requirements. Possible Responsibilities Assist with general office and reception duties Organize electronic and paper records Enter and update nonclinical business information Assist with employee onboarding and recruitment activities Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and reports Support client and employee follow-up communications Assist with social media and community outreach Help develop administrative processes and office systems Participate in approved business or healthcare-administration projects Responsibilities will be assigned according to the student's experience and educational goals. Interns will not provide direct patient care or independently access confidential information unless properly trained and authorized. Preferred Qualifications Currently enrolled in a college or university program Interest in business, healthcare administration, human resources, marketing, communications, public health, or a related field Professional written and verbal communication skills Dependable, organized, and willing to learn Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace Able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Internship Benefits Practical experience in a growing healthcare organization Direct guidance and professional mentorship Exposure to business operations and healthcare administration Opportunities to develop communication, organization, and leadership skills Completion of eligible internship, service-learning, or community-service hours School-required evaluations and documentation, when applicable Schedule Flexible part-time hours based on the student's academic schedule and Bella Home Care's operational needs. Compensation/Credit Compensation and eligibility for academic credit or required service hours will be discussed based on the school's program requirements and the structure of the internship.
