to be the next Exam Scheduling Manager in the Student Disability Resource Center! This unique position starts at 1:00 p.m . allowing you to sleep in a little later or run errands in the morning before the workday.
Primary job duties include:
Develop and implement efficient procedures for scheduling exams, including regular exams, midterms, final exams, and make-up exams. Collaborate with academic departments to gather exam schedules, specifications, and any special accommodations required for students. Ensures the integrity and security of all tests and exams. Supervises the Test Proctor responsible for frontline Testing Center operations. Serve as the primary point of contact for students, faculty, and staff regarding exam scheduling inquiries, conflicts, and special requests. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to resolve scheduling conflicts and address concerns. Regularly evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the exam scheduling process. Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in exam scheduling and implement relevant improvements.
