Description An award-winning architecture and design firm is seeking a Healthcare Studio Leader to help grow and lead its healthcare practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. This leadership role combines project delivery, client development, team mentorship, and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of healthcare projects from concept through construction. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare systems, providers, developers, and industry partners. Provide leadership and mentorship to architects, designers, and project teams. Collaborate with firm leadership to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Oversee project staffing, budgets, schedules, and overall client satisfaction. Participate in presentations, proposals, interviews, and networking efforts to support continued growth. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while helping shape the future direction of the healthcare practice. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Licensed Architect preferred. 10+ years of experience in healthcare architecture. Experience leading healthcare project teams and managing client relationships. Strong knowledge of healthcare planning, codes, regulations, and industry standards. Demonstrated success in business development and practice growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Preferred Experience Acute care hospitals Ambulatory care facilities Medical office buildings Outpatient and specialty healthcare facilities Healthcare master planning and strategic facility planning What Makes This Opportunity Unique? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
