Receive, unpack, and process incoming hearing aid and cochlear implant shipments. Charge rechargeable hearing aid batteries and prepare devices for patient fittings. Complete manufacturer registrations, warranty documentation, and loss and damage forms. Track hearing aid orders to ensure devices and accessories are ready for scheduled appointments. Package and mail hearing aids, earmolds, accessories, and related materials to patients. Provide clerical support, including copying, scanning, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed. Assist with additional operational projects to support efficient clinic workflow.
