Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and coordinate all operations and programs within the laboratory Maintain fiscal accountability and oversee budgeting, payroll, and staffing Establish work goals and objectives aligned with organizational strategies Coach, mentor, and perform evaluations for technical and support staff Ensure compliance with quality management and regulatory standards Guide the development and implementation of innovative procedures to improve laboratory processes and outcomes Foster a positive work climate, motivate staff, and develop future leaders Conduct regular performance appraisals and manage FlexPTO utilization
