Hourly Pay:

Starting at $19.00/hr Maxim Healthcare is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers to support individuals in their homes. We are hosting a group interview where you can learn more about our opportunities, meet members of our team, and be considered for available positions. Essential Job Functions Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility. Provide assistance with transfers, positioning, and other cares as needed and appropriate to the individual's care plan. Prepare meals and assist with eating or feeding when needed. Provide light housekeeping and other household support related to the individual's care. Offer companionship, supervision, and support with daily routines and community activities. Provide reminders and other non-clinical assistance permitted within the PCA/caregiver role and care plan. Observe and report changes in the individual's condition, needs, or environment. Maintain respectful, professional, and person-centered care in the individual's home.
