Job Hours:
M-F 6:00 AM
•2:00 PM 1st shift
Responsibilities:
Daily on-site client visitation to assist patients Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and food/meal assistance Record and document daily patient activities Be a pleasant and supportive companion Building meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Decatur team
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (required) Reliable transportation is required CPR Certified (preferred) 1+ years of experience in the home health sector (preferred) Passion to serve others
