Role:
Le' Feather Homecare LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our growing team in Scott, Little Rock, Pine Bluff, El Dorado, Monticello, Cabot and surrounding areas. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily care and support in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide mobility assistance and transfers to ensure client safety Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe home environment Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands and transportation Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
Requirements:
Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, HHA, or in a similar caregiving role preferred Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and document services accurately Physical ability to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support
